A native of Philadelphia, PA, Kemah E. P. Washington’s formal background is in Public Relations (BS, Millersville University) and Higher Education (M.Ed., Ed.D., North Carolina State University). However, he’s been honing his creative and entrepreneurial skills since junior high school — selling Swedish Fish and Blowpops from his locker and designing web pages for friends.

While attending “the ‘Ville” in 2001, when most college kids were still figuring out what they wanted to be when they “grew up,” Kemah founded Six Degreez Graphics as a junior. This venture proved to not only be successful, but later evolved into 6D Graphics — a full-service graphic design and printing company. And now? Sky’s the limit for Kemah! In addition to serving as President and CEO of BRANDilly Marketing + Creative, Kemah is also a partner with Wallstar Ink, a large-format graphics and printing company located in Downtown Raleigh. Whether it’s a logo design, print collateral, or a mobile web application, Kemah is the creative mind behind the innovative strategies at BRANDilly Marketing + Creative.

In 2011, Kemah, along with his wife Brandi and their daughter Kennedi, served at the Baptist School Complex & Orphanage in Ghana, West Africa as missionaries. Since returning to the Triangle, Kemah remains a “serial” volunteer with a number of faith- and missions-based organizations and is a dedicated member of the Raleigh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s Board of Directors.
